I was wondering when your predictable Will Rogers put down post was coming. Just don't understand the negativity directed at him. He did win quite a few games for us. But....that's the message board way...put down former players and coaches.

His season is going just about how everyone anticipated. Hes on a more talented team than he ever was here and his stats are ok but not great. Will prob be 8-4 with a nice bowl game to end his college career. Wish him the best

I would say Mike probably won those as much as will. What Mike did with Will was nothing short of magnificent.

Oh no. Weak arm Willie isn’t going to get a BIG championship???

Leach with QBs is a lot like Mullen. No way Relf, Fitz, Prescott would be what they were without Mullen and I really think Russell could've been a great QB too.

Yep. Had Dak gone to LSU he may or may not have been on a NFL roster somewhere but he wouldn't be the QB of the most valuable sports franchise in the world nor would he be the highest paid player in NFL history.

Where was WR on that last set of downs?

They are 4-3 with games left:
@Indiana
USC
@Penn St
@Oregon
They arent winning 8 and may not win 6. Rogers got pulled for almost the entire 4th Q and thats likey to keep happening as the losses mount

The OP is a sad, miserable person.

Gotta give Will credit. He's been a very good college qb, not great or elite and he can't carry a team. He'a a very accurate qb with a mediocre arm and not much athletic ability but he's made the most of it.

Thats sad then bc he is probably the 2nd, at worst 3rd best QB in the history of our program.

Terrible take. Just because he threw the football 50 times per game with alot on dumps to a RB doesnt make him a good QB.
Dak, Fitz, Bond, Don Smith, Fant, even Derrick Taite were better QB's

I respect will for making the most of his talent. He wrung everything he had out of it, he just doesn't have a ton of athletic ability and a mediocre arm. He got the most he could out of it though.
