Lebby will get 3 years as long as he is doing well on the recruiting trail. The fact that Lebby likes to recruit is the one thing that gives me hope. We HAVE to upgrade our talent or it won't matter who is coaching.

It doesn't matter if a coach is a "good recruiter" or "likes recruiting" anymore. It's all about NIL and nothing else. Even if Lebby gets some good high school guys or finds some underrated diamonds, we'll only keep them if we pay up.

We need a coach whose specialty is in-game scheming and finding ways to win with less talent. In addition to the personal/family tragedy, Leach's death was tragic for our program, because he was a great fit for us.

I had more fun watching us in the Croom years than I have in the last 5 or 6 years. We've collapsed since Mullen left and the energy left with him.

Mullen certainly worked as a cood, but Moorhead and arnett were disasters. Lebby looks more like them than mullen.
