Hev is a team leader at a Lowes in Gainesville. I'm not kidding. We could call him and have him on a plane today and he'd be at practice tomorrow. He'd have more piss and vinegar and F bombs than any coach on staff. We'd also look like a completely different OL on Saturday.

Good story on Hev. After we played Florida here in 18, he gave a manager notes to give to each of our starting OL and guys that were playing of things they were doing wrong that he saw on film. He had those notes delivered on Sunday after the game. Joe and Marcus Johnson were pissed but started reading them and realized everything he was saying was 100% accurate.

My guess is he just isn?t interested in coaching any more because there?s no reason he couldn?t have landed a job coaching O line somewhere if he really wanted to keep coaching.

I still say go after the guy at UNC. He was O line coach at Baylor when Lebby was there and he was with Lebby in 2020 at Ole Miss so he knows this offense. Kiffin fired him and Lebby was pissed.

Actually he was very interested in coaching. He didn't get an offer from anyone at any reasonable level of college coaching.

EMCC has analysts who work remotely.......no reason in this day and age that it's not possible at this level
