We had a decent D under Leach.
It was better than now but way off where we had been for a long time. Leach wouldn't recruit for D and wanted 25 WR on roster. This process has took years or erosion to get this bad. It didn't happen over night. Mullen looks like a recruiting genius right now doing what he did.
