We warned everyone that Leach would leave the roster a useless mess. That's exactly what happened. The portal and NIL have exacerbated the problem. College football is dead. We're a Mississippi team with barely any Mississippi players playing. And it's only going to get worse when they inevitably allow multiple or unlimited transfers.

And I am sure he will. This is not an overnight rebuild and btw, in case everyone is forgetting, it was universally known our defense was going to blow this year. It sucks to watch, but this is not anything we were not prepared for.

This offense and Shapen works. We just don’t have the OL or RB to reach full potential. DL is an insurmountable obstacle this year as well. This feels nothing like Moorehead or Arnett to me. If people can be patient and get out of their emotions we will be okay long term. Year 3 will be fun

I'm hating CFB right now. Greed and incompetence has ruined my favorite sport.

I've just about gotten to the point where the only sport I really care about is soccer. CFB has committed suicide. NFL and NBA hate me and don't want me to watch. MLB is dying. NHL is trying to get my attention. If it weren't for the Premier League, there's almost no sport I'd make a point to watch. Sad that's the point we've arrived at, but here we are.

I mean, our O is mostly portal guys, as it is for lots of teams (including the team currently skull fu<king us). We clearly need to do better in getting transfers.

No. I disagree. We weren't prepared for THIS BAD! Against a PAC 12 reject. Whose claim to fame this year was beating a MWC tram thst also just lost to FBS Idaho! Their 215 lb running back I'd flattening our 315 lb DT, running slap over him.
