He isn't??? his salary is plenty healthy. Guess you and i have different views on generational wealth. He wasn't broke when he got here. Has a 4 year deal, that was extended,I'm sure, and if he leaves it will be to another 7 figure job. He's building a 5500 sq foot compound. I think he's got plenty of funds.

Im curious to see if this remains the trend or as more schools seem to start caring about baseball if that timeline shrinks

Great response Home, I really feel dumber due to reading some of the post in this thread. Some of y’all are some ignorant people. Please either educate yourself in how the world really works or just do us sane types the favor of refraining from your inane nonsense.

As one of the posters that thought this season was going to be his last after AP debacle, I want to see him back with a fire in his belly for recruiting and a new hitting coach or more hitting analyst. To me, his success relies on his ability to recruit and start doing the little things correct again

You sure like to comment on people's intelligence. Weird. You must be the only genius hanging around a message board, eh Einstein?!? Oh, and your man-crush C34, of course.

Well I’m definitely dumber now. Effectively sharp as a marble. Thank you for your support.

Cohen was 275K base, 900K total if he hit all his bonuses. Would be surprised if Selmon is over 1mil.
Only about 15-20 ADs making over 1mil base. Probably about 40 that can make over a million if they hit all their bonuses.
Byrne only makes 1.4 base at Bama.

That's interesting. I figured that meetings would have been on Monday or early in the week.

That's going to change with all the new college athletics change.

I think it helps to let things settle down, also the CWS teams will be known, not that matters but who knows. Also, we are in good shape with NIL money, what I also was told we are in very good shape with NIL money moving forward in all three sports. I think most want to see some staff changes; we will know shortly if Lemonis agrees.
