Yeah I doubt that 4 runs wins this contest.

Cost a run, and to keep extending the pitch count.
Every game we do it and help the pitcher's count.

And ANOTHER dumba$$ base runner mistake. Maybe Lemon and crew need to have a chalkboard session on base running 101.
-
Another base running mistake. WTF.
-
How can we possibly be this stupid on the pads. This has gotten beyond dumb. Just took the bat out of Hunters hands with 2 on!! Tell me Cheese had hands up!

I?d be curious to know how many outs we?ve had on bad base running. Unbelievable

Absolutely.

We have the worst base-running team I have ever seen. And that's saying something. I'm old.
-
Is it the 3rd base coach or base runners that is the problem? Genuinely curious because I have never seen a team get thrown out more on the bases than we do. Are we just super aggressive or something and if so does the good outweigh the bad?

What’s Cheez doing on third, seriously?

Who cares what Cheese was doing. Even after moving on contact, you aren’t going 1st to 3rd on an infield grounder unless you are Rickey Henderson. A catcher should be planted on the 2nd base bag.

The pitcher would have at least 10-15 more pitches , and us having more guys seeing him another round.... if we quit bailing him out.

Put his ass in one of those bright orange trash bags. But on this one, Powell was extra dumb. did he think he was going 1st-3rd?
I have a rule, I don't post when we're behind. Powell broke me.

Come on guys! We gotta get these base running blunders figured out. I mean Lemonis Cheese or whoever is in charge of this crap needs to get this crap fixed. And fixed now! I know base runners get hung out to dry on certain situations. And players wish to be aggressive. But this isn’t being aggressive it’s being dumb.
-
It seems contagious on our team with getting on base and trying to single handedly win the game.

Well he should have been communicating with him regardless. But I agree, unless he was stealing, he shouldn’t be running. Just cause I brought up Cheese doesn’t mean the runner doesn’t hold a lot of responsibility. But if you are rounding second, your eyes should already be on your third base coach because he’s got the best view. Because if the ball gets past the first baseman, cheese can be telling you to come on!

And there 7.00+ starting pitcher just keeps throwing off speed stuff and we just whiff and whiff. I?m surprised about that because we have adjusted extremely well over the last 10-15 games after seeing a pitcher through the lineup once.

Cheese stands over their scratching his pecker all day. I bet he's hell at pocket pool. We look dead today too, no energy at all so far
