Cohen getting thrown out in the third cost us in that game too. Questionable PH decisions IMO. Henderson was actually hitting decently and he is a senior. Then you put in CT Also, why not PH Collins for Randolph? He hurt us quite a bit at the plate tonight too.

Well we found out Butch ain't ready to be a head coach so we don't have to worry about that. Terribly mismanaged ninth. And not putting Lindgren in when we needed a k in the 6th.

This was just a miserable game to watch period. What sucked the most about it is Ross made one of the worst errors I have ever seen because he single handedly cost us or single handedly could have won that game. Make that play, and we win 1-0. I almost wished he wouldn't have gotten to it because it's a double play if it gets by him. I just really have never seen a play like that. How do you shoot a ball 8-9 feet away from you while exchanging it to your throwing hand? Almost like they cast voodoo or something on us.

To me, it all starts with that lead off position. When Vickerson gets on, we almost always score that inning. When he doesn't get on, we suck at the plate. Rea's batting average with runners on is .377. When he comes up with no one on, it's below .200. We need to move Vick out of the lineup when CT comes back and put Armstrong as lead off. It just needs to happen. Vick is in a slump and he has been extremely horrible this series with yes even strikeouts this time these two games.
