    This is a prime example of why Lemonis should go even if we make a Regional (which we probably will). He's been underachieving on the W/L record relative to our talent level for 3 years now. He's not doing anything special. Any decent coach would be equal or better to his record.

    Many baseball coaches can't help themselves. They just can't. They have to "tinker" to think they're "coaching". My high school coach was the world's worst. If things are working let the players play.

    That cannot come soon enough. His decision making is legitimately dog shit and it has been dog shit since his first year. Go back to the 19 World Series and the decision to pull Ginn, who was cruising, to put in Leibelt who had not been able to find the strike zone in 2 games. He was bailed out in 21 by Jordan and Allen. His decision to continue to start McCleod almost cost us not once but twice. And then every decision he has made since July 21 has been bad.
