A couple dozen golf balls cost me more than I paid for a year's service on a pay site. It is not over paying if you like what you get for the service and I did, but I am not any longer as my interest changed.
I could say that only idiots don't shop at thrift stores for their clothes, have you seen Jack Reacher? He buys a cool looking thrift store outfit about every week for pocket change.
