Sure hope Selmon can see this..

I sure hope he can see what we have in Arnett and what all the fans are calling for today. My goodness, two other schools have fired there coach today and were in way worse shape than they are. Come on man and do your job what all of us expect you to do. There is no need at all waiting on these last two games. I just hope he is not going to study on this and do the right thing, not later, but now..

Selmon sucks. He's scared of his own shadow. Not an alpha.

So far he's been a disappointment, but he could change that narrative today!

I just hope since he's never fired anyone, he wants to see our games play out and the outcome of them. If that's the case, he needs to head back to Okie.

I had high hopes for Selmon, but so far it appears he was just a DEI hire.

The longer he waits, the more inept it appears.

Can you explain? Sounds like you've got inside knowledge about some of the decisions he's made or not made and him being scared.

He's a fundraiser guy. More into marketing than managing

Met the guy one time when he came to our company to talk about "Leadership". I left less than impressed. He's in over his head.

In all fairness, he does have a large BBQ sauce quota he needs to meet. State athletics is his side hustle.

Well if that's the deal with him, what a bad bad hire, we are toast.

Do AD's make big decisions like firing HCs in the sec? Maybe I'm just naive, but I figured this was mostly done by committee with the heads being the guys with the money for buyouts

Personally, I'm just using "Selmon" as a stand-in for the shadowy cabal of rich boosters who make these decisions behind the scenes. They have betrayed the fanbase today, and we might not ever recover.

Why, are the boosters and Keenum not going to tell the AD what to do?

Every minority who sucks at their job isn't a DEI hire.

    Nothing I feel comfortable repeating.

I just hope he happens to be good at hiring coaches.
