    In coaching terminology there is pressure i.e. defenders rushing the quarterback and protection i.e. blockers protecting the quarterback. Generally, if pressure exceeds protection you have a blitz. Just a simple description.

    Unless we blitzed 5, then we didn?t blitz. We almost always send 4, because that is the defense.
