Full page pop up ads
Anybody else getting these last 2-3 days. Annoying as a drunk ole miss frat guy.

Yep, they have ben around for the last 2+ weeks. They are very annoying and make it difficult to use the site.

But the mods don’t want us to know who is making money off these ads.
So everyone just grin & bear it.

ED could go the route gene?s page went and charge a monthly subscription fee. No thanks! The most idiotic thing in the world to pay a fee to discuss sports on a message board.

Or it could go SP where there are Ads covering the entire page.

On a phone I can no longer get an ED post to show up that doesn?t blank out the first post each page.
Also, on SP I never see an ad, at least not on a phone.

Has anyone found an ad blocker that works to remove these? The site is unusable for me on mobile now, the ads brick my safari app and I have to restart.
Mods if you?re reading this I?d gladly pay $2.99 a month for an ad free experience.

Ads are annoying but then again we don't pay a subscription fee. Yes, think I'd rather pay a fee for ad free. The only hitch is I'd like to know who I'm giving my money to and apparently the internet mafia would prefer to remain anonymous.

We recently received notification that Google is changing the ad system, we are further investigating this. We apologize for the inconvenience and will get this resolved - we're not tolerating full page ads!

Just as a heads up, they are customized to you. Saw some guy out himself on another forum I?m on asking why he was getting gay dating app ads lol
