Recruiting has not been going well at all. Hibbler was expected. Glad he went ahead and committed. It was much needed.

What do YOU mean? You really thing $$$ today is the only thing that matters to every single kid?
Parents want their 18 year old kids to have good mentors. Kids and parents want to stay close to each other. Kids want good position coaches that can develop them into draft picks, and playing time is another big key for the NFL.
A lot of really good players just want $$$ and our small NIL means we can't compete for them. But we can still compete for the the ones that have a more wholistic and long term approach
