Nonetheless, I still vote to fire him because a program of our stature just can't accept being THIS bad in two consecutive years. People here have tried to sugarcoat things and say we're actually not that bad, but we are. Failing to make the top 12 of a 14-team league twice when we care more than anyone else and half the conference doesn't care at all is horrendous, and it's not just due to bad luck, it's because we are statistically bad in most categories.

I just don't have any faith whatsoever that Lemonis can turn this around. Nothing about the last 2 seasons suggests that we're going to be any better next year, so let's move on. Any reasonably competent coach should have this program not just in a Regional almost every year, but at least in the mix to be hosting almost every year.
