Lane is awful. The one thing he was good at he can't do anymore and he's not hitting. Put Hujsak at ss. He's not a good fielder but he can't be any worse and at least he can hit.

He needs to sub Hujsak for Lane’s first AB. Lane needs to sit a couple of series to get his head back in the game

Yeah lanes become tentative on defense. You can see it in the way plays now. He doesn't want the ball hit to him and he's Not attacking ground balls. Hes out of mentally

4 errors the entire year last season. 14 errors so far. That is as bad as it gets in D1 baseball. Inexcusable to have no other option.

What is unreal is Lane only had 4 errors all year last year and he was golden glove in 21.
