You forget the 2000's? There was a year only Nick Routt (as a freshman) gave the only shot to win a game. Then there was the year that Friday was a Walk-On with 4.0 GPA that did not return for his Senior year, for Vet School or Dental School.
How many SEC schools have lost their Friday guy to Vet School?
