Forsythe should have been called for interference at second on review. Got lucky. This team seems to have low baseball IQ, lots of little things we don?t do well. We used to be a program that would out hustle and our coach other teams. We?d find ways to win games against teams that had the big recruits. Now it seems like we get better recruits with big arms and big bats we?re finding it hard to translate that into wins. We need to find that blue collar grit that was epitomized by players like Mangum, Sims, and TA.

Eh, not his best weekend but he reached on a walk in the first and drove in a run on what could have been a hit up the middle depending on defensive alignment. I?ll take ground balls over lazy fly balls all day

Our Pitching is all mental. Tons of talent. The mental aspect is spreading throughout the whole pitching staff. Beginning to grow on the newcomers as well. Whatever Foxhall is doing is not working. Get someone in here that can get these guys heads right.

Alford at bat, he's hitless on the weekend, Hancock at first, hits it hard, but right to short for a made to order 6-4-3 double play to end the frame. Middle 5th, tied at 4.

Nothing pisses me off more that a first pitch out by the lead off guy in the inning followed by a 4 pitch walk to the very next batter.

I'm not sure about the talent......Sure there's some younger talent but there's not a lot of talent in the upper classmen......
