I love how vs the an extremely tight zone and a pitcher on a low count our hitters still find way to chase balls, get behind in counts, take defensive swings, and let the starter average 13 pitches an inning. Like we have zero feel of the game at all. No focus even from the coaches or they'd have told the hitters to adjust before this inning

Same versus VMI, they got 8 walks, MSU got 2 after the 1st inning. MSU would have scored 30 runs had they just not-swung

Do you not remember Macleoud, fristoe, and cerentola from our NC season? They all regressed as the season went on. We just had enough talent and leadership to gut it out anyway.
