They made that graphic before this latest GFS came in. But that said, they have access to stuff I don't readily have. All I can do is look at the latest model run of one model which does not constitute a forecast. The 00Z NAM is still bringing in heavy rainfall totals as is the UKMET. The Canadian is light on precip so still a lot of uncertainty.
