Can?t. Will not work in this offense. Must have 5 receivers in the pattern if a RB isn?t toting the ball from the get go. Also need a relatively mobile, not fast but elusive, QB who isn?t a statue. You have 5 blocking 4 (3 linemen and 1 blitzer) 75% of the time because 7 have to cover the 5. If the WR aren?t good route runners or fleet of foot, someone will switch to the man one series, then back to the zone the next to confuse the QB. But??. It is time for this offense to work against both now! I?ll say 8?wins and consider that a success against the 3rd toughest schedule in the nation.
