Ump had the best view. The third baseman cut in front of Corder slowing him down as he was about to round 3rd but he was out at the plate.

I would attend a function honoring those Somalian pirates if they served bacon wrapped shrimp.

Absolutely right. The call was correct but two 17ing runs on the third day of a three game series is bullshit.

We had to gamble. We never should have put ourselves in a position to need to gamble.

Their day 3 starter is legit. Threw a complete game winner against Vandy last weekend.

Maybe. But Vandy has lost 7 of their last 8 SEC games.

Oh there's no doubt. But when you plate 2 runs in this league you lose 9 times out of 10. Fristoe is catching hell over something that can't be put off on the bullpen.

Exactly, maybe I'm forgetting a game but I don't think we've played an SEC game all year that we would have won scoring 2 runs. We just don't have the shutdown pitching this year to do that. The Friday LSU game is the closest we've come but couldn't hold on.

Two was the bare minimum that we had to have and we got it.
It won?t be easy but our next three series are very winnable. All three are against teams that currently have fewer SEC wins than us.

I need to look closer at the 3rd baseman but Corder seems like a slow pinch runner. Gunned out on a loopy throw.
That Auburn LF feels like Larry Walker but that was all Little League World Series
Fat little boy thrown out by a Fat little girl from Indiana, or something like that

The Auburn left fielder and our runner went to high school together.

How cute, they can discuss "that time that people thought I was fast but am actually slower than Sid Bream on two bad knees"..."no shit man, I was a pinch runner"

Corder can run but too bad we didn't let the gold glover play CF so Skinner could have been the pinch runner. Another managerial error.

We moved up around 12 spots this weekend in rpi to #78. OM is 56th, so massive series for both teams trying to stay alive for postseason.
