    The term "leadership" is overused, yes.

    But it shows up n the 1/15 RISP.

    A team with leadership sees RISP and goes "this is my chance". A team with leadership smells blood in the water. A team with leadership has confidence. This team being 1/15 tells us they get WORSE when hte pressure is on, they actively clam up. As individuals, they are not prepared mentally to step up. That mentality is a lack of leadership

    He was sold as a great recruiter. We were told to ignore his actual record as a HC and trust McDonnell's endrorsement. We were told his actual claim to fame was "putting together" those elite Louisville teams.

    He hit on Dubrule last year, Yeager is fine this year as well. Every other Juco and Portal guy he's grabbed SUCKS. Not high ceiling, needs coaching... SUCKS.

    I can't keep it straight, how in advance do HS baseball players commit? Lemo is in his 3rd year- so this FR class all his guys, right?
