    See how Strickland made his hitter take a strike there? This is college, not pros. Pro hitters aren't complete idiots that swing on 0-0 unless they can drive it. College hitters have to be coached, and lemonis failed Hancock and us

    He also had enough sense to know college hitters aren't patient, so make him be patient. When a pitcher is struggling with control and he finally throws a strike, he usually throws that pitch again

    I trust Hancock to be smart right there. We have a year and a half of evidence that he knows what to do at the plate in that situation, unfortunately he tried to play hero instead of being smart.

    We would have needed at least 2 or 3 more runs in the top of the 9th to have had a chance to win based on the results in the bottom of the 9th.

    blame Hancock not Lemonis. Dumb to blame Lemon imo. And that had about a .0001% effect on why we lost this game.
