He made the pitch and started shaking his throwing hand after he let it go.

Pitch looked completely normal. After the throw, he shook his hand a little bit then pulled himself out of the game after a bit of an emotional exit

Just from watching it never crossed my mind that it was his hip or back. He was shaking his arm. If it was his hip or back, I don't think he'd be quite that upset.
