Grambling Thread
1-2-3 top of first for Walker.
-
1-2-3 bottom of first for the District Dawgs.
-
Alford at second is interesting
-
Just tuning in. How did Grambling score
-
MSU should have signed my son, he had a .490 career average playing against 75 mph fastballers in High School.
-
Bloop single, single in the corner, wild pitch scored their run

A couple of hits and a wild pitch with a runner on third.
-
This dude is throwing soft BP. A good hitting team would be playing HR derby. C34 might even be able to hit for the HR cycle against him.

Thanks guys. Still chuckling about Cohens story about Butch Thompson.
For those who did not catch it, Cohen told about a State pitcher a few years ago who said to pitching coach Butch Thompson ?thats not fair?. Thompson replied ?well, you know, the fair only comes to town once a year?.

We just have too many pitchers that struggle just to throw strikes.
-
Heck of a play by Lane to end the inning. Walker is struggling big time. Big misses. Can't locate glove side
-
Better get someone warm. 2 runs may win this thing the way we swing it.
-
Just looks like we do not want to be there today. Should be chomping at the bit for a stat padding game.
-
The ball just comes off Forsythe's bat so weak.
-
Our hitters just plain suck. We should be teeing off this guy and all we are getting are routine fly balls or pop ups. We will get our shit pushed in this weekend by Tulane if we bring these bats with us
-
Can?t even get hit by a pitch properly. Holy shit this team looks lost in the wilderness right now.
-
Ok, I have never seen a HBP get overturned into a K. That explanation didn’t explain anything. I get not leaning into a pitch but how did that become a strike?

Shit rule. Makes zero sense unless hitter leans over strike zone.
-
Ok now I get it, but good grief that is petty. You get hit, you get hit.

Exactly, unless you put yourself in the zone I think it is baseball.
