The only upside tonight is all my hope finally had been exhausted the last couple of games and thus simply watching this game as a disinterested spectator.

And our best player misses a layup point blank.

Wish I didn't care. This team has teased us all year long. I keep thinking we can't suck like this all year, I guess we can.

I swear this basketball team is our version of groundhogs day. I've never seen any team play each game exactly the same way(and I don't mean that in a good way). That's not what I want when I say consistency
-
Do we practice with a different size ball than what is being used tonight because we don't seem familiar with it based on the amount of times we have fumbled it.
-
That was not interference.
-
And once again screwed by officials.
-
What have we done to get this treatment from the SEC?

Can?t recall another State team in all my years that has exhausted everything in me like this one has. This team is an enigma beyond comprehension.
-
And the other team always hits the big 3 every time in every game at the end.
-
Doesn't matter but sure isn't fun getting ****ed by the refs.
-
This is actually incredible that every game is the same. It is hilariously painful.

Agreed on the call but it wouldn't matter. We weren't winning this game anyway. We gave it a run but any MSU fan who didn't think we'd blow the lead is simply lying.

The refs suck, but it doesn't matter. We took the lead and completely folded like we always do. Same story, different verse.

Agree. I can't think of one either.
I think the other thing is the sum of years underperforming just piles up as well. We got to do something different.
Move the students, hire an up and coming coach. Bring back MSU basketball.

Is it bad I actually had more faith in Rick Ray winning a game like this than Howland? Even though Ray wasn?t a good coach and recruited Sun Belt talent his players did the best they could given the situation they were put in. Ware, Chicken and Thomas always gave it their all. Nothing is more frustrating to me than a coach with talent that underachieves so bad.

Probably not but you can't get that call so wrong on a clear replay and they even called it good initially. The evidence showed it was clearly outside the cylinder.
We should demand an answer back from the SEC on that.

They didn?t take the bucket away because it was above the cylinder. They took it away because they said the foul occurred prior to him shooting the ball.
