How can this team be this bad?

Uh? don?t leave out 1 out of this. When he gets the ball in a throw in he dribbles up the right sideline every time, creating an extra defender. That is why we need a true point guard who gets the ball up quickly to the middle of the floor. We labor to get it across the time line in 9 seconds, get to a wing who then gets it back to the point to take 14 more seconds to set up the offense.
He's got his faults, but he's the only "consistent" player we have.
I agree that he's playing out of position and should be a 2.

Our coaching may not be too good, but I'm wondering about the talent we have on this team. Outside of Molinar, I don't see a lot of really good talent.

I am done with this team until Howland is gone. I could give a crap if he retires, resigns, or is fired but it needs to happen sooner rather than later.

He really has lost this team. Most AD?s would relieve him of his duties after this game. But of course, State will come out on fire in the second half and make it a 10-12 point loss and get praised for a Quad 1 loss on the road, that they could have won without the turnovers. But the turnovers are who this team is. They have to out score and out defend their turnovers because that has to be the identity this late in the season.
