The only adjustment needed, TEMPO. A sense of urgency. This slow playing every damn snap keeps us out of rhythm. Mark it. If we go tempo, we move the ball. If we don?t, we lose this game by 17.

There’s some truth in that. Every Qb Leach has ever had has put up huge numbers and a few of them weren’t very good. They used to say you could plug a 7-11 clerk in the air raid and he would lead the nation in passing.

A QB with a big arm who can buy time and avoid the rush makes this offense so much more effective.
