Biden gave everyone access to the vaccine, free and easy. (And to be fair, any other president likely would have done that too, including Trump.) Sadly, 300,000 Americans decided not to take the vaccine, got COVID and died. It's not like they wanted it and were unable to get it, they just made the choice not to get it.
How about not laugh at the idea of sending the people free masks and tests? Or not waiting an entire year to implement a mandate? Or ignoring natural immunity of the previously infected? Or how about giving free vaccines to places like, I don't know, South America, instead of protecting Phizers profits?
