Just got tested a couple of weeks ago at a Walgreens to go on a cruise. No mention of vax status for the test. Just had to provide appointment confirmation email, photo ID and insurance card.

Yep. Never heard of anyone having to provide that information. Until now.....my employer has implemented the vaccine mandate. Never thought I'd see the day.

I need to get an antibody test. I'd love to know the numbers. I've had 3 Pfizer shots, lived with my son in a camper whiling going through radiation and he had a full blown case of Covid. I'm in downtown Nashville 2-3 days a week surrounded by thousands of tourists. My son has people from all over the country yelling in his ear while he's playing Broadway then we all go home. It's like this never existed until it's time to go to work.

I don't just mean a vaccinated positive with a breakthrough infection vs. an unvaccinated positive (though that's a question worth asking itself), but also taking into account that a vaccinated person is much less likely to have it to be able to spread in the first place.

No he's not. Myocarditis is also a side effect of COVID, and mathematically that makes him more at risk of it as an unvaxxed than as a vaxxed.

It's like the regular flu shot an guillan-barre syndrome. Technically you can get it from the vaccine (like 1 in a million), but you're more likely to get it by going unvaxxed and getting it from the flu (much more common than that).

Remember, it's always Numbers Over Ancedotes, every time. Facts matter. Math wins out in the end.

8% of the nfl tested positive THIS week. Supposedly 98+ % is vaccinated. What a crock. How many had symptoms. My banker isn't getting tested wo symptoms..... nobody is except sports leagues. Again, stupid.

Something is very weird and suspect about those numbers. Either the tests are bad (could it be sabotage?), or there are a lot more players lying about their vaccine status.

If breakthrough infections were really this common, it would be showing up in a lot more cases than just the NFL.

I certainly can't vouch for the vac numbers. Just going by what is said... but the positives just this week are crazy. And the ones who have recently tested positive lately aren't included. The rate is through the roof and almost none are sick..... but the asymptomatic aren't being tested outside of sports... and why should they?? Again, stupid
