Yesterday I was just sitting around waiting for the game, and my superstitious ass forgot I was starting the game threads.

Perfect scenario. jump out to big lead, bednar goes scoreless for 5-6 innings throwing only 70-75 pitches. Sims throws for 2 innings throwing only 25, then bring in whoever you want up 9-0

How deep is their bullpen? Can we hit on the rest of these guys?

We should score. We have a huge advantage on the mound. Hope bednar is still on top of his game but I doubt he completely shuts em down. I could see a game similar to game 3 vs ND. Gonna be some tight asses on both sides just gotta come out on top.

They're getting thin. Witts on fumes, he threw 6 innings Tuesday and 50 pitches last night. Nixon has thrown 2 days in a row so he's on fumes. We just have to hit and put some pressure on them and limit walks and errors(the difference last night)

Stevens is no slouch. He's 11-3 this year with a 3.22 ERA. It's going to be another close, back and forth game more than likely.
