Regardless of what we do we NEVER need to overpay like this again IN ANY SPORT. But especially a sport that loses 2 mil annually. She should've been offered 250-300K and if she turned it down just promote from within. We were overpaying Schaefer too, but the cult would've rioted if he would've left because of money.
