How come almost every team seems to have either a big power hitting 1st or 3rd baseman yet we can never seem to get one.

While we are asking questions, does anyone know why we have a guy hitting .171 batting lead off? Is because he is the only switch batter(can?t call him hitter yet) on the team.

It's because he is a streaky hitter and hasn't got going yet.

Need to move him down like we did in the past so he can get going. Dubrule needs to bat leadoff.

Wes Rae looked like a power hitting 1B
Brent Rooker was a power hitting 1B, triple crown, all SEC, all American, and Golden Spikes candidate
Gavin Collins was a Power 3B, Nat Lowe was power 1b

GOOD GRIEF!! Whilst all you people are discussing amongst yourselves how great who's on first looks and why what's his name should be batting lower in the order and how many errors I don't know has made, WOULD SOMEBODY JUST REMEMBER THE JACK CRYSTAL MANTRA OF POSTING A SCORE AND WHAT INNING THE GAME IS IN??????????
Thank you; dang, I feel better.

And he's done nothing since. I'm not saying bench him. I'm saying move him out of leadoff (which should happen anyway), and a change of scenery could help him get going. It did two years ago.

There's no where to watch the game and the radio stream was a full inning behind on my phone, so I'm following the live stats on hailstate.com.
