This does bring hope. Amazing how the offense works when we just take what the defense gives us when they drop 8.

Probably the best game we've played all year, considering how bad LSU turned out to be.

I also think the receivers are starting to understand how to find the open areas of the zone and sit instead of running from one covered area to another.

Well we've got past the point of just getting a moral victory. We got that already, so I want an actual win. And by the way, I don't think anyone here is unhappy with the 1st half... just a few lapses

Will is improving, Good enough for probably 2 more wins on our record had he played in a few of those games.
Walley is a player. Like our two RB.
Don't look now but Crumedy is turning into a very good DT. He is wrecking it up front. I hope Jones and Spencer return next year. Our D can be very good next year.

Georgia's first TD was a really, really tight throw and was aided by a bogus PI
The second was started by our secondary just getting beat on a deep pass and then a blown coverage by guys with little to no game experience. It's going to happen. If we hold them below 45 points total it's a decent effort for us.
Regardless of how the second half goes I'm proud of these boys

That what has confused me this season.
When Leach's offense runs correctly, it looks easy & the DL never gets close the QB. That's how I knew something just wasn't working yet. It didn't look right.
This looks right.

Win or lose, this is what I wanted from this game.

No matter what happens in the 2nd half, tonight is a win. Maybe we can salvage this recruiting class and the rest of the roster.

Yes it looked like we were forcing it way too much

It does, but Georgia is giving waaayyy too much cushion. They really suck in this zone. This is good news BTW bc if a team with their defensive coaching and talent can't just pick up the 3-8, there will be many teams that can't

Yea I agree. I also think our receivers are starting to understand how to find open areas in a zone too.

Defense has a huge possession to start the 2nd half. Can't let them get the lead after all this

And who is this offensive line?? I'm seeing massive improvement from them. Watch their initial step at snap. Whole line looks great - seems simple enough , but it's such a mundane and complex action all in the same motion. They're working together. And for the first time this season, they are playing aggressively. Man, it's fun to watch that

It’s amazing what happens when the offensive line protects.
