I think Franks is a meh player that Mullen really maximized.
He is Florida's Relf but a better passer.
I guess Arkansas technically got better, but he doesn't bring them anywhere close to competing

Hard for them to get worse. Joe's shit show ran it up on them on the road.

This true
They'll lose 56-24 now instead of 56-13

I agree with this. That doesn't mean he can be a complete "head case", tho...
Arkie def got better, but I'm startin' my Pre Madonna Stop Watch at his first 2 INT game...

He's not Tim Tebow or anything - but he's performed better than anyone we had on our roster last year.
It's not really an apt comparison. Where does it put him in UF history? UF receiving group this past year is better than any we've had in our entire history. 2+ years of starting you are going to compile some stats. I am in no way saying what we have is any better. He just isn't a difference maker at a place like UF, so not sure what he's going to do for a team that's lost 18 or so straight conference games and has a questionable rookie head coach.

Why are 50/50 balls in basketball always a foul on the defense?

1. Maybe marginally if we have no one else transfer here.
2. I don't believe a year of him would be the best for the health of our program. He's not the type I'd want to transfer in and lead change. Better to start someone we already got anyways.
We were definitely his best case option. Hotdogs will be chop suey for woo piggie.

No...not over Garrett. KJ will be a gigantic upgrade though.
Franks will complete less than 53% of his passes, int?s will outnumber TDs, and less than 2200 passing yards...bookmark it.

Are we seriously in the game for Costello? Wouldn't he be a better get than Franks?

Well, about that...
At UF franks is #12 in yards, #10 in TDs, #9 in completion %, and #12 in rating. So no slouch - in essentially 2 seasons.

Leach didn?t pursue Franks did he? I?m not missing that am I?

If he wants to play in the NFL, we are.

You're insane. The guy has been pretty good in college and completed 60% for his career. But he will suddenly only complete 53% at UPig? Wtf? Where do they grow you guys?

UPig and UF receivers are not the same. That's like thinking we're comparable to LSU in that department. Come on coach you know better.

Frank's will help them some due to his experience, but like they always say about us......who he gonna throw to?

They had 2 4-star freshmen WRs that caught 28 and 29 this past year and a soph that caught 33 with much worse qb play than franks. They're not gonna be bad at wr
ETA... how well can they protect franks is the question
