Jalen Mayden
Not saying he'll beat out Shrader or whoever we would bring in as a grad transfer, but don't sleep on this kid. He can sling it and fits Leach's offense better than Mullen or Moorhead's.

I have no idea who will be our qb. I think it is wide open... maybe even a guy not on campus

I'm probably mistaken but everything I've heard about him from folks I know and that have seen him is he can't throw it in the ocean.

Really? Everything I read from the spring said he had a good arm. Regardless, 7 is most likely correct. This is wide open

As written by whom? Rosey and company? If so please take that with a grain of salt.

He looks ok in high school.

I think it will pretty clearly be Shrader.

I don't think we need a transfer qb. I really like what we've got.

Can both be right. Good arm does not necessarily mean an accurate arm.

This
It didn?t work so hot last time.

Needs to move to OLB or Safety.

I don't know who will start at QB but all of them have to be giddy right now because the QB's dream just came to town.
CAN'T PUT A SADDLE ON A MUSTANG
Quit Your Bi$&$&?!, He's Not Going to Run the Ball More

Mayden? Nah. He can run if he has to but he's not a true dual-threat QB. QB is probably the only position he can play on a football field

Consistently had the best statistical performances in spring. Was really surprised he didn't get more of a shot, then tutorgate kind of explained why lol.
Wouldn't be surprised to see him fit into place, miles better passer than KT.

I don't think I've seen him throw a pass longer than ten yards though.

Mayden will get a serious look. He's a lefty, just like the pirate

IMHO You can't have too many quarterbacks. You have to play them in some capacity though. Just like having money and not doing anything with it, it's not doing you any good.

Nobody on our roster is going to beat out Shrader. Rogers is another year or so away.
