    I want the best possible opportunity. It?s time to call a staff out and play a game that demands that we see improvements. Hell with a easy opponent. We need the best available and let our staff know what is expected. Time to see what he is made of. If you have a long meeting and agree to keep him then demand a performance at the end of this year. Effort and innovation does nothing against a weaker team. He needs to show it in a game we aren?t expected to compete in.

    That?s been his weakness. Time to step up

    Then maybe the administration will know. He obviously sold himself Saturday after Mississippi game. Hold him accountable but I don’t want an easy draw so he can claim something. Earn it
