Surely they see the writing on the wall. I can't imagine we retain any that are good enough to find other employment (Shoop for starters). Who all leaves the staff in the next month? What are we left with?
The fact is, if Joe actually coaches here next year, it will be his last. If he has another poor season (virtually guaranteed at this point), he's fired. If he has a good season, he's going somewhere else. He doesn't want to be here, we don't want him here. This is a lose lose situation for all involved. It literally makes zero sense to move forward this way with both sides knowing he's got one more year here, maximum. It's just mind boggling.

After Saban kicked him in the nuts last year taking two assistants and recruits, surely he's more ready for it this go round. And to your point I agree as did the BC article stated he's shown interest in wanting to get back up north, as soon as he can parlay a good enough season his Yankee ass will go.
You're blind if you can't see improvement.....Freshmens......Strain.....Kick rocks and pound sand......Drag my Yankee ass outta here!......
