So now after reading 310 post, it occurs to me a very new poster, who claims to be using a burner account claimed to be connected to a very important MSU person. This set off speculation that generated 300+ posts. This seems a lot like those old coming posts. Somebody has already accused DDawg of being a nafoom troll and I'm not sure their wrong. We need The Enforcer! Sorry I wasted my time on this thread. Let's wait to the Monday afternoon PC and get the real facts.

I always get really upset when some foreigner calls my cell phone telling me I won 10 million dollars. I sit there and wonder who in the hell actually falls for these calls and gives Them their credit card information? I mean someone has to or they would not do it. This new development could have merit. But it’s hard to believe that Cohen would meet with Joe and confirm his future without first meeting with Keenum and other decision-makers. I would think Cohen and Keenum would meet and agree on a plan of direction, have this plan blessed or amended by the power brokers, and then convey the plan to Joe. I don’t buy that Cohen (or any AD) would attempt to unilaterally give a controversial coach another year without system-wide support.

Cann was not necessarily a bad hire at the time of the hire (end of fall camp) - you couldve made Henderson interim but then you never get Geatreau to campus - Cann became a “bad” once he went off the tracks

yes, no way an AD would have a sit-down with the current FB coach and agree to terms without at least having a plan in place. This plan had to be cleared with the President before any meeting took place...If it is 100% true what RB tweeted then it's hard for me to believe we will do a 180' and fire Joe or buy out his contract...

Cann was a bad hire because No Nuts Cohen was warmed before the hire about some things. Things that he had done while at LSU, similar to what got him canned at MSU. People from LSU let John know as well as other prominent media members who were in the know. None of which were surprised when the reason for his firing was revealed.

That’s one thing rarely mentioned here. No Nuts seems to disregard any and all warning signs when “he finds his guy”. We saw it with Cann and we are now seeing it with JoVester.

Let me break this down for y?all. When you?re an admin you see the user?s email and IP address. The OP is confirmed bulldog fan who uses real info for his account. I reached out to him about this thread info and he told me what he heard in Starkville. Rumors and info are encouraged on this board. I want info. The OP is passing along something he heard. There is a huge difference in that and someone posting from a clear throwaway email and is going through steps to conceal their IP address to hide their identity. Now there are situations someone might want to share info secretly by doing those very things and that?s fine. But if you?re posting ridiculous rumors, that go against what?s being reported nationally, from a throwaway email accounts and ?secret? ip?s, you might get a break for trolling. There is a difference
