Hud is out and was never really in discussions to begin with, many felt he?d actually be a step back rather than forwards. Mediocre at LA, his only pro was being a ?local?.

As talks progressed before slowing. A shadow candidate emerged who is currently a coordinator at a program in the Carolinas that I feel would be a HOMERUN hire.
