They came into this game 19th nationally in total defense despite playing 2 top 10 teams. Sometimes you gotta give the other team credit... this is as good as I've seen ark offense operate under Morris

Look, A&M has played Clemson & Auburn 2 of the last 3 weeks & are now playing at 11:00 against a crap team.

I don't think A&M is good, but it's pretty understandable that this is trap game for them.

They played Clemson close last year and finished 9-4. 5-3 in sec after the 7 OT game they should have lost in regulation to LSU with horrible officiating. We beat them last year. Auburn beat them last year. They beat Arkansas 24-17. 2018 Season looks pretty much like a mirror image of 2019. Same preseason hype. Same mediocre performances. Sleeping giant!!!!

Yep TAMU is the media darling when it comes to preseason. Let them have the preseason, lets just continue to roll them in the fall.

To the point about needing Gay vs Ark.

The difference in opinion isn?t whether or not arkansas is a gimme. It?s that play him in UT and Ark is playing not to lose bowl eligibility while playing him vs auburn, lsu, bama is playing to win the division. I?d rather play to win the division until we can?t and then play to keep bowl eligibility. You may say that?s not realistic and i?ll say with that attitude it isn?t.

I see the same team they've always been. Saw it last week against auburn too. They're average but they're paying a guy 75 million to be average.

I agree. Not ready to say they've turned a corner though. They play a ton of freshmen, so they will have wild swings week-to-week
