    They came into this game 19th nationally in total defense despite playing 2 top 10 teams. Sometimes you gotta give the other team credit... this is as good as I've seen ark offense operate under Morris

    I agree with this. I watch some Texas high school football and have a good friend that's an ol coach at historic program there. It's all about spread offense and putting best athletes on offense. Defense is optional lol

    To the point about needing Gay vs Ark.

    The difference in opinion isn?t whether or not arkansas is a gimme. It?s that play him in UT and Ark is playing not to lose bowl eligibility while playing him vs auburn, lsu, bama is playing to win the division. I?d rather play to win the division until we can?t and then play to keep bowl eligibility. You may say that?s not realistic and i?ll say with that attitude it isn?t.

    For sure. They've spread the game out so much that the defensive players get left behind. It's not something IMO that A&M can fix unless they start recruiting defense out of state or beating Alabama & LSU on the in-state guys that those teams are after
