    Matt Millen might be the biggest dumbass in America

    he said Braxton Miller is the BEST runner in college football and that includes all running backs. Then he doesn't understand why a personal foul is an automatic first down and starts questioning the rules official.

    I am still shocked ESPN has his dumbass calling a BCS game. They should have sent Tirico and Gruden down there immediately after the Outback Bowl concluded.
