Gilbert is a walking, talking, double play machine. Something about his swing path & lack of speed just makes him terribly vulnerable.

Come on JT.. just get outs. you had 2 outs and just needed to get the out at the plate. worried too much about the runner and served up a meatball to tie the game

I hate sinker ballers like Ginn.
He's a tremendous pitcher, but the margin for error with type of fast-ball is too small. It's a contact pitch

Like I said, Ginn isn't the same anymore. And here we go sleepwalking at the plate against a guy who throws batting practice.
This will probably light a fire under us and we'll put up 5+ in the bottom of the inning, but Ginn is concerning at this point. Flame away.
