It used to, but not anymore. "National seed" refers to all seeded teams, 1-16. But I know what people mean, I'm just being pedantic.

We expect all our pitchers to be shut down guys for some reason. This is college baseball. People struggle and then people step up. We have literally rode 2 pitchers to and through Omaha before. We have 3 legit starters this season, yet we will complain.

We'll go as far as Small, Ginn and possibly Plumlee can take us. No 4th starter and questionable BP is this teams achilles. Good Lord, James is just horrible right now.

I bet if you go back and add all the runs we've given up in the first inning of midweek games its more than we've given up in innings 2-9 of midweek games combined.

Things I will never understand. College pitchers that cant throw strikes and college receivers that cant catch. Somehow we find every last one of them on the recruiting trail though.
