Whats the story of the Bars kicking out the kids when the alerts went off. This was reported by a MSU Met student when he was being interviewed by WTVA.

Has to be the strongest system i have seen all day. Heading towards the state line and Gattman... and the radar site.

Being SBW, and the weekend in general, I'm sure there were a lot of parties and a lot of noise. Surprised the kids could even hear the alerts on their phones. Can't imagine the bars kicking the kids out though.

TWC said the gate-to-gate shear is 175 mph on that one. And a large debris ball. I'm pretty familiar with that area, and it's pretty rural but there are houses scattered around. It's not totally unpopulated.

Yes, and I was about to hit the sack. Might be a long night in this part of the country.
The Monroe Cty storm is about crossing over Hwy 8 and will most likely go just west of the radar site.

Yea... the comma you see forming in that last frame shows how strong the inflow is.
I figured that.. praying it misses the houses.
