No doubt playing one sport year round is a problem that's why I never did it. Playing baseball year round is not a good thing at all. Not only can it injure a young body but it burns a kid out and a lot grow to hate the sport which sucks cause baseball is a great game. Dr James Andrews clinic is one of my accounts so I've gotten some pretty good info on taking care of young arms.
