You left out a few things. The melt is in part due to the fact that we didn't just lose a series, we got the eff beat out of us and have some weaknesses that are beginning to be exploited in league play. That's the concern, not merely that we're losing a series to a very mediocre LSU team (which in and of itself is bad enough).

That was never the case. The team has always been about winning. How much we won dictated the size of the crowd. Our team never once traded success for attendance.
