Game 2 at Florida

JT Ginn is the best pitcher I’ve seen in college in a long time. If he develops an average change he could be the number 1 overall pick next year.

If Liebelt won't pitch in game 3, and I imagine he won't, I'd at least let him try to get another out or two. I know we're up 6, but I don't want any chance of them coming back. Shut it down, take the series, and a top 3 ranking.

He's probably gonna keep Leibelt in there though after what happened last night. But this is perfect for a guy like Spring or even Cerantola.

I get it, but I don't like the 'then we aren't good anyway' games. Never know when a guy doesn't have it and suddenly they have momentum and you can't stop it. We saw a little bit of it last night. We are clearly good and need to finish games out.

I'm sure we'd be fine with anybody, just saying that if Liebelt is done either way, might as well get what you can out of him.

Gotta figure you give Rowdey this second game of the double header to get a hit and if he doesn’t get something going sit him during the midweek games and maybe next weekend if whoever you put in produces and keeps good defense. Playing through it isn’t working so maybe he needs a break.

Rowdey has to sit at this point because he looks so bad that it is almost like making fun of him
Letting him keep on going out there. Put him out of his misery. It has to be embarrassing to be hitting that bad on a team that is so good.

Yep. Yesterday Small didn't have his best stuff and Gordon was trash, yet we still won it. Today Ginn was his usual self and the coaches messed up leaving him in too long, still will win easily. Now we've got a pitching advantage for game 3. Absolutely fantastic weekend. I think we've scored in over half the innings

I'd sit him tonight and let him get back in there midweek. Then if he still doesn't look better, consider sitting him at least to start next weekend.

My guess is this is the first time a lot of folks on here have actually seen him hit. It's not good right now.

This may not make any sense, but would it be a terrible idea to have Rowdey turn around to the right side and hit? Forget about if he's facing a RHP or LHP, maybe just trying something different could get something going. I know last year he was worse from the right side, but something has to give here
